Hi Edwina. I can certainly understand why the idea of growing old alone would be scary. I think the key is to find value in every relationship status. Most of us probably desire to have a life partner and don’t necessarily “want” to be alone. Yet, when we are, I think it’s important to find ways to enjoy that time and embrace our aloneness. It makes me most sad to see women struggle without a partner and focus only on this one aspect of their lives.
